It has been brought to my attention from my roommate Paul that I abysmally failed my update date. Ah.

On the bright side, Paul's exuberant speech about me not updating has caused me to actually storyboard the next book.. and then the book after that.

Book 2 is coming shortly and an official date will be posted as soon as the storyboards are complete. If not, I'm sure my six roommates will remind me. Often.

You know what's awesome? Being able to better edit the blog section of this webpage. That's awesome. I'm a big fan of making things easier.

Being able to solder is amazing by the way. In a class earlier this week we learned how to solder together a very tiny computer. My partner and I decided it was appropriate to sing bad 90's dance music while avoiding being burned.

Also, you may notice that above these blog entries (lookie!) is the link to my Etsy account. Etsy is an online marketplace which allows people to buy, sell and gawk (i do a lot of gawking) at handmade items. In my spare time and for a little bit of fun I make items using metals, resin, etc. I'm a big fan of the handmade/diy values and aesthetic.

And..ah... So this is what happens when you (as in me) upload all your comics during exam time. You name them incorrectly and they don't show up..at all...Noted and corrected.

I'm excited by this year, regardless of its bumpy start. I think 2009 will be a particularly fruitful experience.

If you've never heard of Appellation before, don't worry, most people haven't since it just started this past Thursday! Hurray! What Appellation is is a series of photonovellas.

(Photonovella's being a comic book done with photo's. Other titles for this could include: photo comic, photo novel graphic novel(?). But seriously guys, novella. It just sounds better.)

I promise heart, drama, action and suspense. Currently in the form of a marshmallow bunny.
